Katie Couric, honored at the CCBF Breakthrough Ball, received a One Mango Tree bag!Our tote bags for the Ohio Fair Trade Expo were such a big hit, that word spread about One Mango Tree's promotional bag business. Shortly after the Expo, we received a call from the Children's Cancer & Blood Foundation - an organization that raises funds to improve treatment for children with cancer and blood disorders. Each year the Foundation holds a gala benefit called the Breakthrough Ball - this year honored several activists, including Katie Couric. Attendees raised more than $1 million for research, and went home with a beautiful One Mango Tree tote bag! Check out the pics! We're honored to have been a part of supporting this awesome cause!
